TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - A hot and calm Friday is in store. High pressure dominates the region keeping most things quiet. However south of I-10 the sea breeze could churn up a few isolated storms and showers. The hot temperatures are going to stay put for Saturday and Sunday reaching the upper 90s. Taking into account the heat index it is going to feel like it is in the 100s outside. Sunday as the high passes through the region a couple of scattered storms and showers are possible. Starting off the work week the high will continue to move towards the east, increasing the chance for showers and storms. The temperatures will still be hot in the upper 90s. Tuesday the rain chances increase and temperatures will be in the mid to lower 90s.
