MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- High Pressure will dominate the southeastern U.S. this weekend, and the abundant sunshine it will provide will help temperatures jump high above average levels with numbers in the upper 80s. Specifically for Friday afternoon, ENE winds will bring in a few clouds, but a generally warm air flow, helping us see daytime highs in the mid 80s. Whether it be the Friday Night Block Party, the Downtown Getdown, or Friday Night Football, expect mild and comfortable conditions with temps in the 70s quickly cooling, so a light sweater may be handy.
For Saturday and Sunday, plentiful sunshine will allow afternoon highs in range in the mid to upper 80s with a few clouds and no rain expected. The dry influence of air will help to promote the abundance of sunshine. Lows during the weekend will fall to the mid and upper 50s.
Halloween is still expected to be in the upper 80s in the afternoon, with warm Trick-or-Treat temperatures in the 70s.
