TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - More pleasant weather ahead! Temps will be very mild as high pressure continues to build into the Deep South. A little chilly this morning with numbers falling slightly below average. Lows are in the low to mid 50s, but by this afternoon, plenty of sunshine will boost temps to around 80° for a high. High pressure overhead will allow temps to dip to around 50° and even some interior south Georgia communities could see the upper 40s. A very similar trend heading through the weekend with lows near 50° and highs in the low 80s. By next week, the high slowly but surely moves off the east coast and the clockwise wind flow will allow for moisture and warmth to build in from the Gulf bumping temps into the mid 80s with overnight lows in the 60s. No real rain threat to discuss for this weekend and all of next work week too.
