MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

High pressure emerging behind today's cold front passage has broken the heat streak, and classic fall weather will be in place for the entire region this weekend.  Breezes will relax somewhat as the night wears on, but light winds will still be present overnight.  Lows will fall to around 50° away from the coast, with some upper 40s in interior, rural areas.  Readings will warm uniformly into the low to mid 70s Saturday afternoon with an abundance of sunlight and some gentle breezes.  The chilly mornings will continue with less wind Sunday morning, as mid 40s are possible.  Daytime temps will rebound Sunday afternoon and beyond, reaching the low to mid 80s through early next week.  Occasional cloud cover will return by Monday and persist for most of the upcoming week.
