MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
An upper stream of moisture and wind have helped keep considerable cloud cover in parts of the area today, with only a slight decrease in the cloudiness in certain cases later tonight. Some sources of nearby moisture will combine with a cool northeast wind flow to create more clouds Saturday, and even a slight chance for a few passing showers. Lows will fall tonight into the low to mid 40s, and depending on sunshine amounts, highs may only peak around 60°. The next several days will feature occasional cloudiness, limited rain chances, and what may become the warmest spell of the year so far; high pressure aloft in the Gulf region will block cold fronts from entering the region, promoting warming toward 80°, until the high weakens Thursday. Higher rain potential and colder temperatures will follow.
