With the departing cold front, excess cloudiness will continue to clear out, leaving a dry and mild evening for the region. The clear sky and drier air will allow for extra cooling as lows fall to the lower 50s in many areas overnight. Ideal spring conditions are forecast Saturday with abundant sunshine and steady warming as highs rebound into the mid and upper 80s. Sunday, a few more clouds will enter the picture but afternoon readings will stay above average. Another area of low pressure approaches Monday and may produce a wave of rain and scattered thunderstorms, a few of which may be stronger. More unsettled weather is possible through next week before a dose of colder air comes in later in the week.
