MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

The effects of high pressure in the Southeast this weekend will create above-average afternoon temperatures, somewhat cool mornings (but still warmer than usual late-October levels), and plenty of sunshine during the day.  A mostly clear sky at night along with nearly calm conditions may promote some patchy fog formation by sunrise.  Lows will reach the mid 50s interior to low 60s closer to the coast.  Highs Saturday rise to the mid 80s for most areas, with isolated cases of upper 80s.  Sunday weather conditions will be quite similar.  This newest heat streak will extend into the middle of next week with accompanying dryness.  A system approaches around next Friday to bring about a cool-down and slight rain chances.
