MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
While clouds and rain have been focused in areas from the Forgotten Coast westward, the remainder of the region has seen very little overall change from previous days. Partial cloudiness will yield to a clearer sky later tonight, while some shower chances may persist in the western Big Bend. Lows will stay above average in the 70s. Highs this weekend will also be warmer than usual, with low and mid 90s amid a scattering of clouds and isolated showers or storms Saturday. An upper disturbance will creep into the Southeast Sunday and Monday, and that may raise the overall rain coverage for the region to a "scattered but numerous" category. There can still be enough sun around by then to keep the hotter stretch going.
