A cold front moving through the area overnight will renew the dry air source and push weekend temperatures down a few notches. Lows will fall into the 40s in south Georgia, and low 50s in north Florida. Saturday's highs will reach 70° to 74° in most places with ample sunshine and brief thin upper cloudiness. Sunday will be about as sunny, with highs in the low 70s. Moisture ramps up quickly Monday through Wednesday ahead of a stronger cold front, capable to creating the best rain chance we've had in several weeks. A few thunderstorms may accompany any rain or showers by that time.
