A few thunderstorms are possible along and south of U.S. 84 primarily through the evening, with rainy areas mainly moving toward the south or southwest. A limited chance for active thunderstorms exists through mid-evening. The weekend will feature a reduced amount of rain and storm development and continued above-average heat. There's a chance feels-like temperatures may exceed 105° for the next couple of afternoons, while actual air temps will range between 92° at the coast to 100° for some interior locations for highs. Lows will only dip into the mid and upper 70s, but possibly cooler in areas receiving rain.
