MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Nearby high pressure will create a calmer, settled weather setup for tonight which will promote rapid cooling after sunset. Some upper-level clouds will filter in from the northwest overnight, but the cloud cover should not drastically alter the cold pattern. Lows away from the coast will likely reach light-freeze range, with some inland locations continuing to cool into possibly the middle 20s before sunrise. A hard freeze warning is posted for areas along and east of I-75 in the Suwannee Valley overnight. West winds with ample sunshine Saturday will trigger a temperature rebound well into the 60s for the afternoon. The next chilly cold front will arrive Sunday, limiting highs to the 50s but not causing rain. Another near-freeze is possible Monday before a more vigorous system develops to provide widespread rain potential by late Tuesday.
