MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Persistent cloud cover will remain overnight, with vast amounts of moisture carried over land on southerly winds. A nearby slow-moving low-pressure complex will drive the development of passing showers through tonight and most of Saturday. The lack of sunshine should help to keep the region in a stable rain pattern, leaving out the chance for any excessively strong thunderstorms. However, a couple of general thunderstorms can't be ruled out. Lows tonight will be mild in the mid 60s, and highs can still climb well into the 70s, with near 80° for locations that experience more sunshine. A cold front will swing through on Sunday, triggering a gradual clearing trend and lowering rain chances substantially for the end of the weekend.
