MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

Partly cloudy and mainly dry conditions are in store for tonight, with ongoing warmer-than-average readings in the 80s early, falling into the low 70s just before sunrise Saturday.  A weak disturbance lingering in the mid-Atlantic all week makes a slight shift toward the southwest, enhancing the chances for scattered or isolated cases of showers and thunder for the afternoon and early evening tomorrow.  Otherwise, warm temperatures with highs in the lower 90s are forecast under a mix of sun and clouds.  The disturbance has a better grip on the weather pattern Sunday, creating scattered but possibly numerous areas of rain and storms on Sunday.  Moisture continues to influence higher rain coverage early next week, along with a slow-moving cold front, which may place some regions into a drier patter toward the last half of next week.  Readings will remain near- or above-average.
