MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Cloud cover is varied around the region, but additional moisture may lead to some foggy areas overnight, particularly in the I-75 zone. THe moisture will also keep temperatures from falling to cold levels, so forecast lows will only reach the mid 50s. A few cooler pockets are possible in areas outside of the fog. An upper high from the subtropics will influence the warmer spell for the entire holiday weekend. Scattered clouds and ample sun will be featured in the Christmas Eve time frame, with mildness at sundown for the start of Hanukkah Saturday. Highs will reach the upper 70s to lower 80s. Abnormal warmth continues on Christmas Day with lows near 60° and highs around 80° again. Most of next week will be above average with highs and lows and partly cloudy skies. Limited shower chances return by Tuesday, and a late-week cold front will bring a surge of cold air, likely in time for New Year's weekend.
