MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
We’re finally reaching the conclusion of this soaking rain event. The likely final round of showers is lifting northeastward from the Gulf this evening, and it should depart by early in the morning at the latest. Clouds will begin to break soon after that, leading to higher amounts of sunshine just in time for your Saturday. Lows tonight will fall into the 50s as showers end, and highs will rebound into the mid to upper 70s tomorrow afternoon. A very stable, progressively warmer pattern will set up next week, with stretches of sunny days and highs climbing well into the 80s.
