Storm Team Friday evening forecast (11/21/2014)

MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Forecast Center ...

The warming trend will stretch into the weekend, but the pattern of complete sunshine during the day will not.  East winds will help advance a moisture flow into the region.  Though the amounts of moisture now are modest, the winds are forecast to become more onshore over the weekend.  Upper-level winds will increase ahead of a disturbance that will swing into the Southeast U.S. from the western Gulf.  The combination of these features will cause a general increase in clouds Saturday, with lows in the 40s and highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s.  Rain chances will begin late Saturday evening and steadily increase through Sunday morning.  Indications point to higher chances for heavy rain Sunday morning, as well as possible severe weather elements, namely gusty winds and isolated tornadoes.  Unsettledness will likely linger through early next week as leftover clouds and showers will meander across the region until a stronger front pushes it aside by late Tuesday, with another significant chill-down coming in time for Thanksgiving travel and holiday plans.
