MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Tropical Storm Edouard looks impressive on satellite imagery this afternoon. It will continue to strengthen into a hurricane within the next day or so. Elsewhere, the tropical low in the Gulf of Mexico has dealt with unfavorable upper level wind shear, breaking it apart. Chances of development have dropped to very low. It will continue tracking west and if it can develop any closed circulation at all, it will be further out in the western Gulf.
