Heading into the rest of the weekend, this front is expected to pass our area, though we won't see a change in temperatures. Instead, this cold front will bring us slightly drier air and light northerly winds.
Tonight, we'll have mostly clear skies and calm winds. Overnight lows are expected to drop the the lower 70s for most. There is a very small, less than 20 percent, chance of seeing an overnight shower for coastal cities.
Sunday will start out sunnier before becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon. Daytime highs will near 90 degrees with a light northeast wind. Rain chances will be returning for the afternoon, peeking at 40 percent coverage. Moving into Sunday night, the chance of rain will drop off with overnight lows falling into the lower 70s yet again.
