TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Very little change is expected in our weather pattern for the rest of the weekend. Even though Tropical Storm Florence is over the Carolinas, it is influencing our winds to come from the northwest direction. As this storm slowly moved further inland, our winds will become more southwesterly, bringing in more humid air from the central Gulf of Mexico.
Tonight will be a calm and quiet one with mild lows, near the mid 70s. Skies will be mainly clear with a very light wind. Rain is not expected overnight.
Sunday will start out mostly sunny, but by the afternoon, expect partly cloudy conditions with a southwest wind, about 5 to 10 mph. Highs will once again reach into the mid 90s, but it will feel much hotter. There is a very small, 10 percent, chance of an isolated shower on Sunday. Sunday night will be mild and quiet, once again.
