TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Sky watchers get a special treat today, just before dawn; you'll be able to see five planets. Those planets are Mercury, Venus, Saturn, mars and Jupiter will all be visible for about 45 minutes before sunrise. Mercury, Venus and Saturn will be clustered over the southeast horizon, while Mars and Jupiter will be able to be seen higher up in the sky to the south and southwest. Experts say it's the first time in more than ten years that all five of them have appeared together in the pre-dawn sky. The show will last through February 20th. You can watch online at nasa.gov.
