(WTXL) — The National Weather Service confirms that a tornado moved through several South Georgia cities Thursday afternoon.
That tornado started moving toward Moultrie just after noon on Thursday and continued to move east through Adel, Ga. and Nashville, Ga.
Tornado warnings have since expired in the area.
If you're issued a tornado warning, then it's time to go to your safe place. That means a tornado is imminent and it's been spotted by a trained storm spotter or detected by rotation on radar.
