MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Late-afternoon temperatures remain in the 70s with broken cloudiness just before a cold front enters the region. The front will temporarily thicken the cloud cover and may produce a few brief showers, but the main obvious impact will follow the frontal passage; northwest winds will increase and carry a cold air source into the area, pushing temperatures at least 25 to 30 degrees lower than what we had this afternoon. Any rain chances will be gone by sunrise, with a clearer sky and lows in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Breezes will persist through Thursday afternoon. A sunny sky will try to warm us up into the 60s. Frost and a light freeze may occur Friday morning, then temperatures rebound with ongoing sunshine.
