MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Ongoing overcast and mainly lighter showers will scoot to the east this evening and overnight with the cold front making its pass through the area. Temperatures are responding to the new colder air source and the northerly winds, so jackets will be needed for extra comfort Thursday. Cloudiness will break gradually Thursday morning and additional sunshine will greet most of us by later in the afternoon. Lows tonight will drop to the upper 30s to lower 40s, and highs tomorrow will make a run for 60°, but some locations will fall short. A clearer sky and light to calm conditions Friday morning can produce a light freeze, then temperatures will rebound into the weekend with a good deal of sun.
