A new cold front entering the area tomorrow morning won’t bring us any rain, just another day of cooler-than-average highs with abundant sunshine. Lows will dip into the mid and upper 30s tonight, with a light wind which will limit widespread frost development and hinder any efforts to reach freezing. Highs climb back into the lower 60s, slightly below today’s highs because of the new, brief surge of colder air. Thursday will begin a remarkable warm-up for the rest of the week as upper-level high pressure strengthens over south Florida, blocking the swift entry of new cold air masses. However, the high will slow down an advancing front over the weekend, creating higher rain and thunderstorm chances by Sunday.
