MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Clouds will continue to increase tonight ahead of a couple of disturbances that will bring showers and occasional rain into the area late tonight through at least the first half of Wednesday. Any thunderstorms should be limited to offshore waters and perhaps near the coast; the low-pressure system approaching tonight is losing some organization, which will keep significant weather impacts very low. Rain totals may reach one-half inch on average through tomorrow before a broader cold front sweeps through later in the afternoon. Winds will be breezy from the southwest tomorrow, causing mild lows in the lower 60s and highs in the 70s despite the cloud cover, but the northwesterly shift late tomorrow will bring in drastically colder air for the remainder of the week. Full sun will return by Thursday afternoon.
