It is massively dry in our region, and that has allowed nearly perfect clear conditions in the sky above. Though the current air mass is void of major moisture sources, it's not necessarily a cold air mass, so we'll encounter wide swings between low and high temperatures for another couple of days. Today's warmth will lift into outer space after sunset, with little to no wind, allowing minimum temps to reach the low and mid 50s, some of the coolest readings since last spring. Tomorrow, generous sunshine will warm the dry air into the middle 80s. The weekend starts sunny with only a slight hint of moisture creeping back early next week. Rain chances will be at zero through Sunday.
