Stubborn cloudiness is breaking in some areas, and that trend will spread across the region late tonight and drier and cooler air continue to infiltrate through all levels of the atmosphere. Northerly winds will maintain a feeling of chill for this evening and overnight, but temps won't reach extreme levels. Lows to bottom out in the middle 40s. Ample sunshine is expected Saturday morning with rapid warming. Winds will slack off and become more easterly, aiding in the warm-up. A few scattered clouds won't prevent highs from reaching the middle 70s. Sunday will feature sun and a few more clouds, a seasonably cool morning and warmer highs around 80 degrees. The heat builds with partial cloudiness next week before disturbed weather approaches late Wednesday.
