An incredibly dry air mass is sinking into the region from the north. This will eliminate any chance for rain throughout the Memorial Day weekend. It will also keep afternoons seasonably warm, but mornings are likely going to feature temperatures about 10 degrees cooler than average. Sunshine will be abundant each day through Monday with only limited thin clouds from time to time. Lows tonight will fall into the middle 50s, and Saturday’s highs climb back into the mid to upper 80s. That will be the general temperature range for the next three days, then we will resume warming and moistening by Tuesday through the rest of the week. Rain chances, however, will likely stay less than 20% through this period.
