TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- The dreary, damp weather Thursday morning provided the perfect setting for the latest weather lesson for students, provided by Chief Meteorologist Casanova Nurse.
Cas' school visit took him to the Growing Room Child Development Center near Bradfordville Road, where about 60 preschool kids and VPK students were introduced to basic weather concepts.
Lessons about important weather words, the water cycle, and the formations of different kinds of clouds were covered through lively sing-along tunes and arts-and-crafts activities.
This was Casanova's fourth visit to the center in the last five years.
