TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) -- A tropical wave located near the Cape Verde Islands has a 20% chance of cyclonic formation over the next 5 days. Some gradual development is possible until the system reaches unfavorable environmental conditions midweek. This system is moving west-northwest at 15 mph.
