TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - The Atlantic is still slightly active with a small disturbance near Bermuda moving northwestward. It has become slightly more organized over the past couple hours but the upper level winds in the area are unfavorable for the disturbance to strengthen (20%) in the next few days.
