TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - A cluster of storms in the western Caribbean is the only area of interest currently in the Atlantic Basin. That tropical wave only has a 10% chance of forming into a tropical system. Elsewhere, the tropics remain quiet as we head into the last month of hurricane season.
