TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Could we have "Bill" in the making? Currently the tropical low pressure system sits over the western Gulf and has better circulation than it did over the weekend. Whether it becomes a named system or not, it looks to drop heavy rains over already saturated parts of the Lone Star state.
Stay tuned for updates this afternoon.
