Monday morning Tropics check (07/22/2013)

The Atlantic Basin has a few areas of rainfall and tropical moisture. Some tropical moisture impacted local regions in North Florida and South Georgia over the weekend and caused winds to shift and come from the southwest. The southwesterly wind will push more moisture from the Gulf of Mexico into local regions, bringing scattered rainfall onshore.  Though there are  few areas of tropical moisture, no further tropical development is expected in the next 48 hours.
