Monday morning Tropics check (10/19/2015)

TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - A tropical wave over the northwestern Caribbean Sea and parts of the Yucatan peninsula has a 10% chance of cyclonic formation over the next 5 days. Conditions are only marginally favorable because it is expected to go over land, so there is not much of a chance of increase in intensity. Regardless if this forms into anything tropical it is still expected to produce heavy rain from the Yucatan to southeastern Mexico by midweek.
