MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- No areas of developing tropical activity are present in the Atlantic basin, and no organized systems are forecast to form within the next three to five days.
Moisture from the western Caribbean lingers off the Central American coastline and is being directed mostly to the northeast. Into next week, some of this moisture plume to shown to drift toward the southern and western Gulf, but there are no signs of it forming into an organized system at this time. Extended forecasts are unreliable and will change, but concerns from the moisture area are very low.
