MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- The Caribbean may see a Tropical Storm form tonight as an area of low pressure east of Jamaica continues to organize. It has an 80% chance of developing within two days and a 90% chance in five days. If it develops into a Tropical Storm, its name would be Earl.
