The remnants of last week's Tropical Storm Gabrielle 400 miles south of Bermuda are encountering swift upper-level winds that will likely prevent re-organization of the system.  Its chances of becoming a tropical depression or storm again are quite low, and the disturbance will remain in western Atlantic waters, well offshore from the United States east coast.
