MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- An active upper wind pattern across most of the tropical Atlantic basin will inhibit any significant development of areas of moisture or tropical waves currently present in these areas, so newly-formed tropical or subtropical depressions should not occur in the next few days ahead.
