MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the WTXL First Alert Weather Center ...

Cloudiness will persist this evening, with an area of rain and a few embedded thunderstorms reaching our local counties by sunset, moving eastward through the late-night period.  An isolated case of gusty winds is possible, particularly near coastal zones.  Otherwise, widespread occurrences of active weather are not expected.  Lows stay mild in the 50s until the cold front passes.  Highs will be in the 60s Tuesday with some leftover clouds and a gradual clearing trend.  Upper-level clouds will linger through most of the rest of this week with seasonably cool temperatures.  The next disturbance may come from the Gulf over the weekend providing thicker clouds and additional areas of rain by then.
