MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- There are still no expectations for organized tropical systems over the next couple of days.
The vast flow of moisture remains positioned over the western Caribbean, Florida Straits, and the western Atlantic. Long-range forecast data still tend to bring a disorganized, broad system north and northeastward into the western Atlantic by the weekend. Rain chances are likely to increase for portions of Cuba and the Florida peninsula, but with faster upper-level winds nearby, the likelihood of the disturbance forming into a full-fledged tropical cyclone are still quite low.
