Rainfall will continue to drain to creeks and rivers.
The National Weather Service says it's possible new roads could become washed out, and it will be impossible to see.
Many flash flood warnings are still in effect with different expiration times.

Jefferson: 10 p.m.
Miller, Baker, Mitchell: 10:30 p.m.
Liberty: 11:30 p.m.
Thomas, Grady: 11:45 p.m.
Cook, Berrien, Tift :1:15 a.m. Thursday
Seminole, Decatur: 4:00 a.m. Thursday
Avoid flooded areas. Better yet, stay home.
Sally is currently 70 miles west-northwest of Dothan, Ala.
