TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Early Tuesday morning, Tropical Storm Dolly formed near the Bay of Campeche in the southwestern most part of the Gulf of Mexico. It's currently a weak Tropical Storm and not expected to gain much strength as it is surrounded by land and can't feed off the warm waters as much; coupled with the fact that it is expected to make landfall fairly soon into Mexico. No impact is expected from Dolly as it continues to move to the northwest at 10 mph.
