Friday Morning Tropics Check (08/09/2013)

Quickly taking a look at the tropics shows a very quiet period. Short term development in the Gulf of Mexico as well as Caribbean remain slim. Meanwhile in the Atlantic Basin, Saharan Dust remains very prevalent countering any current development of systems. However, as we look further into next week some development could occur as a system comes off the African coastline. In the case of anything developing we will keep you up to date here at ABC 27.
