TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - A complex of storms continues to churn as it was earlier ejected from the African coast line. The circulation looked weaker today than it did on Thursday, so at this point it only has a 30% chance of tropical formation over the next week. If it does decide to get its act together and transition into our fifth named storm of the 2014 hurricane season, it would be called Edouard.
