TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Hurricane season will be ending at the end of the month, but we've still got a storm to watch.
Tropical Storm Otto finally made landfall and is now just west of Central America, in the Pacific Ocean. The storm has sustained winds of 70 mph and is continuing to move west at 13 mph. This storm will likely dissipate by the middle of next week in the open waters west of Mexico.
