TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - A tropical wave off the coast of Africa has a 10% chance of cyclonic formation in the next 48 hours. The showers right now are still disorganized but environmental conditions could allow this band to to develop slowly. However upper level winds early next week make formation less favorable.
