TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - The Atlantic Basin is becoming slightly more active again with a tropical disturbance about 1100 miles East of the Windward Islands. However as it continues to track northward, the conditions for development are not favorable due to the dry air in the atmosphere. This gives the disturbance a 10% chance of development in the next several days.
