TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Tropical Depression 2 is turning into a distant memory as its remnants continue to cause no troubles in the southern Carribean. Elsewhere, conditions remain quiet as upper level wind shear and dry air run rampant extending from the African coastline and pushing throughout the rest of the Atlantic basin.
