TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - The tropics slowly but surely are wrapping up. What has been a quiet season comes to a quiet finish. Though there are several storm clusters in the open Atlantic, none of them are expected to transition into a tropical system over the next week. Hurricane season finishes up at the end of November.
